1. Exchange Policy
✅ 7-Day Exchange Guarantee – If you receive a defective or damaged product, you can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
✅ Eligibility for Exchange:
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all accessories.
- Exchanges are allowed only for manufacturing defects or incorrect items received.
- Customers must provide proof (videos) of the defect product while unboxing.
🚚 Exchange Process:
- Contact BuyNCart customer support within 7 days.
- Ship the product back (shipping costs may apply).
- Once received and inspected, a replacement will be sent.
2. Refund Policy
💰 Refunds are only applicable if:
- The product is out of stock, and no replacement is available.
- A defective or incorrect product is received, and an exchange is not possible.
⏳ Refund Timeframe:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- The amount will be credited via the original payment method or store credit.
3. Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable Items
❌ Used, damaged, or incomplete products.
❌ Change of mind (only exchanges for defective items are allowed).
❌ Shipping charges are non-refundable.
