1. Exchange Policy

7-Day Exchange Guarantee – If you receive a defective or damaged product, you can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.


Eligibility for Exchange:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all accessories.
  • Exchanges are allowed only for manufacturing defects or incorrect items received.
  • Customers must provide proof (videos) of the defect product while unboxing.

🚚 Exchange Process:

  • Contact BuyNCart customer support within 7 days.
  • Ship the product back (shipping costs may apply).
  • Once received and inspected, a replacement will be sent.

2. Refund Policy

💰 Refunds are only applicable if:

  • The product is out of stock, and no replacement is available.
  • A defective or incorrect product is received, and an exchange is not possible.

Refund Timeframe:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • The amount will be credited via the original payment method or store credit.

3. Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable Items

Used, damaged, or incomplete products.
Change of mind (only exchanges for defective items are allowed).
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
